Hello, and welcome! I am Honey Pie, a halfinger mare, now residing at Rosemary Farm Sanctuary. How I came to be here, and my journey back to an improbable life of health and happiness, is a much longer tale then I will try to squeeze into one tiny blog….besides, what else would I have to share? A woman’s heart is a deep ocean of secrets. ๐
Even a woman’s heart living in a pony mare.
I hope you enjoy visiting once in awhile, as I share my tales of life before, and life now, and all that goes on in my busy world. My current herd group comprises an irascible thoroughbred gelding named Iron, and a pushy but devoted quarter horse mare named Ruby. Together we wintered in private quarters while we all recovered from major medical in 2015. But now, it’s a new year! The rain is pouring today but it’s warm, and soon the grass will spring all over our farm, and another season of grazing, visits, and sunshine will fill our life. Hope to see you here!
Yes Honey Darling, I will be checking in frequently. I have enjoyed following you in the Rosemary Farm Face Book posts. How sweet of you to share your wisdom with us. Tell Dawn hi and thank you.
